Last year alone, the value of lots in University Park rose 25 percent, Preston Hollow by more than 20 percent. On some of the area’s premier streets, lot prices jumped from $1.8 million per acre in 2012 to more than $2 million last year. “2013 was unbelievable,” says Bryan Hagen with DW Skelton Appraisers. “For 2014, we’re seeing a lot of the same.”
