Here are a few must-do events:

Autumn at the Arboretum – Through Nov. 25

Welcome the cooler weather with one of “America’s Best Pumpkin Festivals,” autumn at the Arboretum, featuring the nationally acclaimed Pumpkin Village. This year, the 75,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash will be recreated into the perfect photo-op. 

Live and Let Die a Symphonic Tribute to the Music of Paul McCartney – Oct. 9-11

An unforgettable experience for Beatles fans of all ages. Beatlemania and Classical Mystery Tour veteran Tony Kishman re-creates some of Paul McCartney’s biggest hits including “Hey Jude,” “Penny Lane” and “Live and Let Die.” 

Neiman Marcus and NorthPark Celebrate 50 Years Black Tie Dinner – Oct. 28

NorthPark Center will continue its 50th anniversary celebration with a black-tie dinner and fashion presentation by Neiman Marcus’ Ken Downing. The event will benefit youth arts education programs at the Nasher Sculpture Center. 

First Sight Fashion Show & Luncheon and First Night 2015 – Oct. 29-30

Start the weekend early at The Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House as the C. Vincent Prothro Lobby is transformed into a fashion venue featuring the latest Mulberry designs—all preceding The Dallas Opera’s First Night 2015 and season kick-off.
